All Tree houses have modern attached bathrooms with 24hrs h/c water, living area, mini bar, split ACs with 100% power back up, mosquito netting, writing table and chair, and loungers in the balconies.
The hideaways Mahua, Tendu, Peepal, Banyan and Palash are named after the trees on which they are established.All Tree houses have been made by local staff using regularized wood. Local craft knowledge and traditional expertise has been used at all quarters to ensure that the Tree Houses blend harmoniously with nature. Bandhavgarh is located in Vindhya hills of Umaria district, Madhya Pradesh. In 1968 the area got its status of a National Park and now has become one of the preferred parks for photographing and tracking Tigers in wild.
The park is known to have Worlds highest density of Bengal Tigers. The four zones namely Magadhi, Khitauli, Tala and Panpatta-together clubbing the core and the buffer zone the total area of 1200 sq.km is home ground of over 55 tigers at present.Other than Tigers and Leopards the mixed vegetation of Sal and Savannahs makes Bandhavgarh an abode of Spotted Deer, Sambhar Deer, Barking Deer, Wild Boar, Indian Gaur and Jackal among its 22 species of mammals and around 220 species of birds.
Adjoining the finest Tiger reserves in the world, get perched on 5 exclusive tree houses made on trees & stilts in a private jungle of 21 acres. It is not uncommon to sight many wild inhabitants from the lovely balconies overlooking the national park and the Bandhavgarh Fort. Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve is famed for rewarding Jungle Safaris into deeper jungles by jeep.
We offer Jungle Safaris in 44 Open Suzuki Jeeps with front facing elevated seats.Morning safari is usually from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and the evening safari is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Park permits entry only after sunrise and exit before sunset, so the timing tends to change with the season. In peak winters safaris may start as late at 7:00 a.m. and in summers as early as 5:00 a.m.Besides Jeep Safaris, other cultural and enthusiastic indulgence are offered such as cycling and picnics in the park periphery, village visits, craft workshops with local artisans and bamboo weavers.
Full Day Photo Permits can also be arranged, upon prior request. The Nature guide would accompany to assist during activities for an enhanced experience.
